JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 23-05-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.P.P. for the State. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. Learned counsel for the informant at the outset submits that the trial is nearing completion as only two witnesses have been left to be examined.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, very fairly seeks permission to withdraw the bail application. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 25 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul/successor Court.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.824 of 2022(2) dt.23-05-2022 2/2 Learned Court below is directed to ensure that the trial of the case is completed expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

In the event, if the trial is not completed within the aforesaid period, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
