2. The petitioner is in custody since 01.04.2017 in connection with Jogabani P.S. Case No. 38 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the so-called victim girl has since returned. In her deposition recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, she has stated that she had voluntarily accompanied the petitioner and stayed with him.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged and also considering that the victim girl is a minor aged about 14-15 years and there is accusation that she was taken away from the informant's house in the latter's absence by the petitioner and his brother-in-law Rahamtullah, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
