2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per prosecution case, petitioner no. 1 who is Chairman of Belhi East PACs and petitioner no. 2 who is Manager of the said PACs misappropriated government money of Rs. 18,67,928/-.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have already deposited Rs. 9 lacs on different dates
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63853 of 2025(3) dt.15-11-2025 2/3 out of total amount of Rs. 18,67,928/- and are ready to deposit rest of the amount i.e., Rs. 9,67,928/- within 6 months from today.

Considering the aforesaid contention made on behalf of these petitioners, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Jainagar P. S. Case No. 295 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with direction to the petitioners that :- (i) Petitioners shall deposit Rs. 9,67,928/- (Rs. Nine Lacs Sixty Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Eight) through Bank Draft in the office of District Co-operative Officer, Madhubani in three equal installments of Rs. 3,22,642.66/- (Rs. Three Lacs Twenty Two Thousand Six Hundred Forty Two and Sixty Six Paise) each within a period of six months from today, failing which, the learned court below
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63853 of 2025(3) dt.15-11-2025 3/3 would be at liberty to cancel the bail-bond.
