The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that son of the informant was assaulted by the accused persons including the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was not named in the F.I.R and during investigation the name of the petitioner came into

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1499 of 2022(2) dt.14-06-2022 2/2 light. The petitioner is a student and he has falsely been implicated in this case just to rune the future career of the petitioner. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 22 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
