JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-07-2016 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioners submit that the injuries have been caused by hard and blunt substance and are simple in nature. However, some of the injuries have been reserved for opinion. Compromise has also been arrived at between the parties. The bail petition is disposed of with direction that if all the eight petitioners, as mentioned above, surrender and pray for regular bail within five weeks in Runnisaidpur Police station Case No. 568 of 2015, then on so surrendering, if the informant supports the factum of compromise, then they would be released on bail to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi.
