R. Case No. 3658 of 2014/ Tr. No. 6186 of 2015 passed by the learned SDJM, Bhojpur(Ara) in Mahila P. S. Case No. 174 of 2014, whereby cognizance has been taken against the petitioners for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 494/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 /4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. After some arguments, learned counsel for the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37118 of 2015 (2) dt.08-04-2016 2/2 petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioners at the stage of framing of charge.
