Patna High Court L.P.A No.535 of 2018 dt.11-03-2019 2/2 the appellant. He states that pursuant to the remand order passed by the learned Single Judge dated 14.03.2018 in C.W.J.C. No. 9358 of 2015, as impugned in the present appeal, the parties have appeared before the Ombudsman and the next date fixed before the Ombudsman is 12th of March, 2019.
In view of this, no further purpose would be served by keeping this appeal pending. We, accordingly, consign it to the records without prejudice to the rights of the parties to contest the claim before the Ombudsman and it is expected that the matter being of a simple electricity connection, the Ombudsman will endeavour to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from today.
