In view of the nature of the grievances raised on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ petition, the petitioner has an alternative and efficacious remedy under Section 30 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.
In above view of the matter, the present writ petition is dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority for reference of the case under Section 30 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.
