2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109(1), 303(2), 76, 352, 351(2), 79 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., 19 named accused persons including this petitioner stopped the informant, who along with others, was going to attend marriage ceremony in his vehicle and thereafter, assaulted informant and others. The accused persons also snatched jewellery from informant's daughter and tried to outrage the modesty of female members.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from perusal of F.I.R. itself, it is apparent that there is general

Case and counter case. Both parties are next door neighbours and due to previous enmity, this false and concocted case has been lodged. Allegation of snatching jewellery and cash is only ornamental.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Lakhisarai in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 101 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
