The petitioner claims that respondent No.7 is his second wife. He seeks direction to the State respondents to recover
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.566 of 2016 (2) dt.07-06-2016 2/2 his second wife from the possession of respondent Nos. 5 and 6, who are her own brothers.
We find that the petitioner has already filed a representation before the local police, Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna and Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur. In case, if the petitioner files a fresh representation before the local police, Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna and Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur, they will take appropriate steps in accordance with law on such complaint. This application stands disposed of.
