JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03/ 20.06.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State assisted by learned counsel for the informant.

Petitioners are languishing in jail custody since 11.2.2016 in a case registered under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Dead body of the informant's grand son was recovered near a under constructed house of one Upendra and the informant expressed doubt against petitioners on the ground that earlier petitioners used to talk with his daughter-in-law and when the informant forbade them to do so, petitioners had given threatening to him.

Investigation against the petitioners has already been completed and it appears that except the aforesaid circumstance, there is nothing against the petitioners.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24289 of 2016 (3) dt.20-06-2016 Accordingly, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
