Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 454, 354, 452, 504, 323, 380, 354(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that petitioner entered into the house of the petitioner in the night on 23.10.2014 and tried to outrage the modesty and on alarm being raised the petitioner escaped from the scene and subsequently came along with coaccused, abused and assaulted the informant. It is further alleged that co-accused Anil Sahu took away one Ataichi containing jewellary.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for the occurrence of 23.10.2014 the First Information Report was registered on 28.10.2014 though

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35975 of 2015 (2) dt.21-08-2015 2/2 investigation has been concluded and charge-sheet has been submitted.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the delayed lodging of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Khutauna P.S. Case No. 85 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Shageer/- U T
