JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-09-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners being mother and brother of the husband of the victim are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after one year of marriage for non fulfillment of dowry demands.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that specific accusation of demand of dowry and inflicting torture is against the husband of the victim Rajgir Paswan. It is further submitted that the informant retracted from the initial version and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38314 of 2015 (2) dt.24-09-2015 2/2 has filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No.7 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
