JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-07-2022 Though the grievance of the petitioner is regarding the respondents proposing to install a statue of a freedom fighter in front of the house of the petitioner but the learned counsel for the respondent-State has submitted by referring to an order passed by the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra dated 25.02.2014 (Annexure-3 to the present petition) that the respondents are not having any proposal to install any statue. In such view of the matter, the learned counsel for the State submits that nothing survives for consideration, as such the present petition may be disposed off.
