JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-02-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State as well as the informant. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 460 of 2021 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to land dispute. Further he submits that the final form has already been submitted in the instant case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
