For the Petitioner/s : Mr. S.N.P. Sinha, Sr. Advocate Mr. Jitendra Narain Sinha, Advocate Mrs. Rashmi Bharti, Advocate For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Amitesh Kumar, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend arrest in relation to Ghoshi P.S. case No.281 of 2015 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 477/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad. It is alleged that petitioners had used forged teachers examination test certificates allegedly issued by the Bihar School Examination Board which had been verified and found to be forged. They had used the same for securing employment as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31534 of 2016 (6) dt.06-10-2016 2/2 Panchayat teachers.

In view of the aforesaid as also the fact that this Court had earlier ordered that if those teachers, who had used unfair means, voluntarily resign no action would be taken. Petitioners did not take benefit of such scheme and accordingly having found using forged certificates to get employment they are being prosecuted.

In such a situation, I am not inclined to entertain this application. This application for anticipatory bail is rejected. Petitioners are directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and pray for regular bail which shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this rejection order.
