2. The petitioner is praying for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act.
3. The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is in custody since 05.06.2024. It has also been submitted that his name has surfaced on the information of spy. He is having no allegation of any overt act. It has further been submitted that the co-accused persons having direct allegations have been granted bail by the learned Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.11852 of 2011 on 25.04.2011.

4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of regular bail.
5. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No.11 of 2007 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya.
6. Accordingly, the present bail application stands allowed.
