Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the State.

Learned counsel for the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna, is also present.

Counter affidavit has been filed by the counsel for the State on behalf of respondent no. 6 stating therein that all retiral benefits has been paid to the petitioner and only family pension

Patna High Court CWJC No.1828 of 2018(4) dt.09-01-2019 2/2 is due to her. It has been stated in paragraph 7 that the Block Development Officer, Mahesi, Saharsa, has sent the letter to the petitioner, the wife of late erstwhile employee, Vijay Kumar Yadav, to submit her pension papers so that her family pension may be processed.

Considering the same and after hearing the parties, this writ application is disposed off with a liberty to the petitioner to produce all the relevant papers before the Block Development Officer, Mahesi, Saharsa, respondent no. 10, who would process and send sanction order to the authorities concerned, which will be paid to the petitioner within a period of three months, from the date of filing of such pension papers.
