JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-08-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 91 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsels appearing for the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties on account of admitted land dispute. Both sides sustained injuries. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31863 of 2017(3) dt.25-08-2017 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Noorsarai P.S.
