2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 135 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 11/41/56(2) of the Bihar Minerals (Concession, Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation & Storage) Rule, 2019 and Section 4(1)/21 of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957.

3. The petitioner is alleged to have been involved in illegal mining of sand.
4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 135 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
