JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 08-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Sr. Counsel, appearing for the Economic Offences. The petitioner seeks bail in Economic Offence P.S. Case No. 05 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections-272, 273, 467, 468, 471, 414, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a), 38, 41 of the Excise Act.

It has been submitted that name of this petitioner has come in confessional statement of co-accused Nishant Singh @ Sonu who has been apprehended by the police. He is not named in the written report. The co-accused Nishant Singh @ Sonu has already been granted bail by coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 10-07-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31314 of 2017.

In such circumstances, prayer for bail is allowed. The
