Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State, Shri Chandra Bhushan Prasad. 2.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109, 303(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are person with clean antecedent and are women and the informant alleges that on 19-6-2025, an altercation took place on account of dispute relating to passage and Rocky assaulted the informant by Garasa causing injury on head and other accused assaulted his son causing injury on head and Rocky snatched chain of his son.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that specific allegation of assault is against Rocky and petitioners have been implicated with general and omnibus allegation of assault merely for the reason to coerce the male members of the family into submission. 5.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 417 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the BNSS.
