2. MJC No. 1253 of 2018 was preferred for compliance of the order dated 23.03.2018 passed in CWJC No. 5276 of 2018.

3. Pursuant thereto, the Vice Chancellor, Veer Kunwar Singh University (opposite party No. 2) has filed

3/5 affidavit/supplementary show cause and para-2 and 6 read as follows:- "2. That the University again vide letter No. C/610/Estab/24 dated 30.03.2024 direct the Secretary /Principal of the College in question to comply the direction given vide letter No. C/595/Establ/24 dated 21.03.2024.

3. That the Governing Body of said college conducted the meeting of selection committee as is evident from the letter No.

VKSU/357/24 dated 08.04.2024 of the Principal of the College on the recommendation of selection committee the Governing Body has considered the cases of petitioners in the meeting dated 07.04.2024.

The cases of petitioner No. 1, 2, 3, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 14 have been rejected and the cases of petitioner No. 04, 05, 06, 07, 13 and 16 have been considered and they have been absorbed in service from 07.04.2024 Rest.

4/5 could not appear in the meeting of selection committee and their cases have not been taken up in the meeting.

That on the recommendation of the Governing body of the said college dated 07.04.2024 and the letter of Principal dated 08.04.2024 of the College, the University has also informed the Secretary/Prof. in charge of the governing body of the college regarding approval / disapproval/ absence of the petitioner vide letter No. C/1696/ Estab/2024 dated 08.04.2024.

5. That the University has issued cheque bearing No. 094790 dated 06.04.2024 of Rs. 10,000/ (Rs. ten thousand only) is favour of legal service committee as per the order dated 14.03.2024 passed in this case.

6. That the University has complied the order dated 03.07.2023 and 14.03.2024 passed by this Hon'ble Court, however for any inconvenience / delay in compliance of

5/5 the order, the opposite party here in tenders unconditional and unqualified apology."

4. This Court has also gone through the order (Annexure OP/2E) vide memo no. C/1696/Estab/2024 dated 08.04.2024 issued by the Registrar of the said University showing the list of approved/unapproved lecturers.

5. In that background and considering the aforesaid facts this Court is satisfied that the order of the writ Court is complied.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he must have the liberty to assail the stand taken by the opposite parties.

7. Granting said liberty, MJC No. 1253 of 2018 stands disposed of.
