2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Madhubani Sadar Excise P.S. Case No. 207 of 2024, corresponding to G.O. No. 1980 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act.

3. As per allegation, 360 liters of Nepali liquor was recovered from a Bolero pick-up van, in which the petitioner was travelling along with co-accused Suraj Kumar Mandal and Bhanu Paswan.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68338 of 2024(2) dt.01-10-2024 2/2 this case. He is a person of clean antecedent. Nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession and he is under custody since 03.08.2024.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as the clean antecedent, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cumSpecial Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani in connection with Madhubani Sadar Excise P.S. Case No. 207 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
