JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 1.160 liters country made liquor, kept in four bottles, is said to have been recovered from the Gumti of petitioner no. 1 and so far as petitioner no. 2 is concerned, the seizure list does not show any recovery from his possession. Petitioners are in jail custody since 13.05.2016 and submission on behalf of the petitioners is that nothing was recovered from the Gumti of petitioner no. 1 and, as a matter of fact, he has falsely been implicated in this case.

Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25857 of 2016 (2) dt.24-06-2016 2/2 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Complaint Case No. 170 C3 of 2016.
