The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 01/2019 registered for offence punishable under section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

It is a matrimonial dispute. The matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation Centre and the report of Mediator is at flag 'A', which shows that the petitioner took away the opposite party no. 2 with him and both the parties assured to each other of having good relation. It has also been

They have also agreed to end all the litigations pending at the time of filing of the compromise petition.

Considering the above mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, Gaya in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 01/2019, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C. At the same time, if the learned court below finds that either of the parties is violating the terms of the compromise petition, the court below shall take appropriate action in accordance with law.
