2. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased who in custody since 19.06.2023 in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No.326/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased has been killed for demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to enmity. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that at the time of occurrence, the petitioner was in Kerela for earning his livelihood, but the police has not verified this fact during the course of investigation. He submits that the deceased was an ill tampered lady and she has committed suicide. He next submits

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, (West) Muzaffarpur, in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No.326/2019.
