JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 04-11-2015 Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that all the witnesses have already been examined. That being so, now the game is to be captained by the petitioner himself. So far status of petitioner is concerned he happens to be husband of deceased.

That being so, I do not see any cogent reason to review my earlier finding.

Prayer for bail is rejected.
