The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 323, 379 and 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Witch Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner happens to be husband of the complainant and he has falsely been implicated in this case in view of the fact that the complainant does not want to live with the

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Pupri, Sitamarhi in connection with Complaint Case No. C-1/ 168 of 2016.
