Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of abducting the minor daughter of the informant. In 164 Cr.P.C. statement the victim has stated that the petitioner was also a party to abduction, but abduction was made for getting her married with Chhotu Kumar.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that thrust of accusation against the Chhotu Kumar and no misbehaviour has been alleged against the petitioner. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37904 of 2015 (2) dt.18-09-2015 the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Bihpur (Jhandapur) P.S. Case No. 139 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naugachia, Bhagalpur.

With the above observation this application is disposed of.
