This application has been filed seeking quashing of the First Information Report of Asarganj Police Station Case No. 68 of 2012, registered for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 406, 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

It transpires from the case diary that the police, after completion of investigation, has already submitted charge sheet in the year 2013 itself for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
