Patna High Court LPA No.437 of 2018(3) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 learned Single Judge to contest the matter before the concerned authority. In the given circumstances, it is prayed that the appeal may be permitted to be withdrawn with the said liberty. The appeal is, accordingly, permitted to be withdrawn with the said liberty.

It shall be open to the appellants to make available all such documents before the Collector which he desires to be considered while hearing of the matter.
