The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is alleged to have fired which caused firearm injury in the foot of the informant. The injury appears to be of small pellets. The opinion with regard to the nature of injury has not been given. The petitioner is in jail for about four months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Sheikhpura in Korma P.S. Case No. 19 of 2015.
