JUSTICE NANI TAGIA ORAL ORDER 11-04-2025 This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of order dated 13.05.2019 passed in CWJC No. 10843 of 2019, wherein, this Court has passed the following order:- "Having regard to the letter No. 1318 dated 19.7.2018, Annexure-10 to the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take appropriate decision with regard to inclusion of the name of the petitioner in PMAY-G Wait List at the earliest, if not already taken and take appropriate action for grant of benefit of Pradhan Mantri Ayas Yojana (G). Necessary decision in this regard must be taken at the earliest preferably within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this

2. Opposite party Nos. 1 to 4 has filed a show cause, wherein, in paragraph No. 5 it has been stated as under:- "5. That the order of the Hon'ble Court has been complied with. The name of the petitioner has been included in the wait list of PMAY-G. The name of the petitioner appears at serial No. 31 in the wait list concerned. The priority of selection for giving benefit is to be automatically decided/generated in terms of the condition of the scheme. The O.Ps. tender unconditional apology for the inconvenience caused."

3. On perusal of paragraph No. 5 of the show cause filed by the opposite party Nos. 1 to 4, I find that the order dated dated 13.05.2019 passed in CWJC No. 10843 of 2019 has been complied with by the respondents.

4. In view of the above, this contempt application stands closed and disposed of.
