The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 47(A) of the Excise Act.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that for alleged recovery of 300 ml. country made liquor, he is in custody since 24.04.2016. It is further contended that the antecedent of the petitioner is clean.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, Domi Sada, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
