The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 210 of 2022 arising out of Sessions Trial No. 1313 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

The case was earlier heard vide Cr. Misc. No. 39197 of 2022 and the bail was allowed on 30.9.2022. A modification petition vide Cr. Misc. No. 68980 of 2022 has now been preferred stating therein that in the bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68980 of 2022(2) dt.07-12-2022 2/2 application filed earlier, the name of the father of the petitioner as also the address was wrongly written and accordingly despite grant of bail on 30.9.2022, the petitioner could not be released. As such, it has been prayed that the modification petition be allowed and further submission is that the address as written in para-6 of the modification petition be incorporated in the bail order in the interest of justice.

Cr. Misc. No. 68980 is allowed.
