That by way of this writ application, the petitioner prays for issuance of writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/ writs/ direction/ directions/order/ orders commanding the respondents especially the Circle Officer, Runisaidpur to execute and implement the final order, passed in Encroachment Case No. 09/202324 and thereby remove the encroachment from the Bihar Government's Land (Gair-Majarua Land),

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Sitamarhi, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
