The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dalsingsarai PS case no. 130 of 2008 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 224, 225, 120B of Indian Penal Code.

The allegation of prosecution is regarding the petitioner having fled away from Dalsingsarai Jail. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been made an accused in the connected criminal case under Sections 224, 225, 120B of Indian Penal Code and as far as Sections 224 and 225 of Indian Penal Code are concerned, they are bailable in nature, hence there is no impediment in granting bail to the petitioner. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it fit and appropriate to release the abovenamed petitioner on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur in connection with Dalsingsarai PS case no. 130 of 2008.
