2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 29002 of 2024 to its original file which was dismissed on 23.08.2024 due to non-compliance of Court's order dated 09.08.2024. Counsel submits that in future, such mistake shall not take place.

3. As such, in light of the submissions made as well as on the basis of grounds mentioned in the application, the present Cr. Misc. Application No. 64068 of 2025 is hereby allowed and Cr. Misc. No. 29002 of 2024 be restored to its original file

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64068 of 2025(2) dt.12-09-2025 2/2 subject to payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred) by the counsel for the petitioner in the funds of Advocates' Association, Patna High Court.
