====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 30-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 421 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 406, 409, 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case total 39.750 ltrs liquor was seized kept inside the room between the Station room and Sirista room. The petitioner is in custody since 03.08.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on
