The application is for grant of bail in connection with S.C.Case No.379 of 2016 arising out of Khagaria (Mufassil) P.S.Case No.429 of 2016 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 & 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the petitioner had moved before this Court for grant of bail, which was rejected by this Court vide order dated 13.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No.48841 of 2016 with an observation that the learned trial court shall expedite the trial. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is in custody for about 10 months and the chargesheet has already been framed on 23.3.2017 but up-till-now no witness has been examined.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33636 of 2017 (2) dt.19-07-2017 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, as well as the charge-sheet has been framed in this case, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it within a period of six months.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
