2. This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:

A. For issuance of writ/writs, order/orders in the nature of mandamus directing/commanding the respondents to appoint the petitioner on the post of "Prayogshala Parichar' in the Bihar Veterinary College, Patna-14 on the

Patna High Court CWJC No.436 of 2022 dt.28-03-2024 2/3 grounds of Compassionate Appointment as the petitioner is eligible to be appointed on the aforesaid post after the unfortunate demise of his father namely Late Rabindra Prasad Singh on 05.11.2019. That before his demise, late Rabindra Prasad Singh (petitioner's father) had mentioned in form 2 (Service record) dated 26.10.2010 that after his death, his service as 'Prayogshala Parichar' in the Bihar Veterinary College, Patna-14 shall be given to his son namely Srikant Singh(petitioner) on the grounds of Compassion. In this regard, the petitioner also filed, firstly an application dated 03.02.2020 along with an Affidavit dated 18.03.2020 and then a representation dated 17.06.2020 before the Bihar Veterinary College, Patna-14, however, it has yet not been considered.

B. Pass such other Order/orders as year Lordships may deem fit and proper.

3. After going through the prayer portion of the petitioner and hearing learned counsel appearing on behalf of him, I my view the only grievance of the petitioner is that the representation filed by him before the respondent no. 3 has not

4. In such view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to file a fresh detailed representation before the Registrar Administration, Bihar Animal Sciences University, Bihar Veterinary College, Patna (respondent no.3) along with all documents within a period of six weeks and the respondent no.3 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within eight weeks thereafter.

5. Needless to state that respondent no.4 shall be solely liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion with regard to the merits of the claim of the petitioner.
