JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 18-07-2016 Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner is in custody since 21.12.2015 in connection with Rajiv Nagar P.S. Case No. 388 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Sections 304(B) read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner being the father-in-law of the deceased has been falsely implicated as the deceased had committed suicide by hanging herself. The deceased was the wife of the petitioner's elder son. The petitioner and his wife were living separately with their younger son in a rented house. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the husband of the deceased is in custody. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. In the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner (Balram

No.27364 of 2016 (2) dt.18-07-2016 2/2 Singh) be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. Saurav Kumar Verma, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna in connection with Rajiv Nagar P.S. Case No. 288/2015.
