The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 379, 384 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner and other accused persons are alleged to have demanded extortion.

It is submitted that there is land dispute between the parties. The date of occurrence is said to be 21.03.2014 but the FIR was lodged after five days of the occurrence. The entire allegation is false and concocted. The petitioner is in jail since 24.06.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39158 of 2015 (2) dt.04-09-2015 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Begusarai Muffasil P.S.
