2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Saharsa Mahila P.S. Case No. 14 of 2025 dated 14.04.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 69, 352, 351(2), 351(3) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that the petitioner has been languishing in jail since 22.06.2025 and the informant, who was 23 years old at the time of lodging the FIR, levelled the allegation that the petitioner

No.64704 of 2025(2) dt.17-09-2025 2/3 established physical relationship with her on the pretext of marrying her, but as per the FIR, the informant had been in a relationship with the petitioner since 2021 and she lodged the FIR in the year 2025. It is further submitted that so far as the allegation as to making obscene photographs and videos of the informant viral by the petitioner is concerned, there is no evidence to support the same. It is lastly submitted that the investigation against the petitioner has been completed.

On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that the informant, the victim, has fully supported her allegations in her statement recorded before the Judicial Magistrate and the petitioner does not deserve the privilege of bail.
5. Considering the submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel and mainly the fact that the informant, who is a major lady, remained silent for several years regarding the sexual exploitation allegedly committed by the petitioner with her under the pretext of marrying her, coupled with the completion of the investigation against the petitioner, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64704 of 2025(2) dt.17-09-2025 3/3 bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court in connection with Saharsa Mahila P.S. Case No. 14 of 2025.
