Present:- Member(Judicial) :Mr. Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah Member(Legal Profession) : Mr. Binod Bihari Sinha, Advocate AWARD The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement: As agreed between the parties, the writ petition stands disposed off in the following terms.

Learned counsel for the State agrees that the difference of pay shall be sanctioned and necessary order issued for such payment within one month from today. He further agrees that actual payment shall also be made to the petitioner in terms thereof within the next one month.

However, if accordingly the petitioner, any further payment is required to be made, he shall be at liberty to move before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
