2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 560 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

3. As per prosecution, 100 litres of illicit mahua liquor has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He has no criminal antecedent and he is in jail since 25.07.2023.

5. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid fact, this application

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl.
