The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 324, 307, 504, 506, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have stabbed twice Kunti Devi on her shoulder. The doctor found two sharp incised wound on back of shoulder and both the injuries are simple in nature. The petitioner is in jail since 22.06.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in Yadopur P.S.
