2. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 354, 504, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 326 of the IPC has been added.

3. Petitioner is said to have poured hot water upon the wife of the informant as a result of which she received burn injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute. He submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. He submits that the injury found upon the victim is simple in nature. He submits that both parties are agnates and on account of some petty dispute some

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Palanwa (Bhelahi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 265 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
