This application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 06.07.2019 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-4th, Siwan in Cr. Rev. Case No. 286 of 2018 arising out of Siwan Muffassil P.S. Case No. 31 of 2015, Trial No. 1746 of 2019 whereby and whereunder learned Trial Court below erroneously rejected the petition filed by the petitioner for the offence under Section 239 of the Cr.P.C. for discharge. The petitioner and the informant are lawyers. They have filed cases against each other. The present F.I.R viz Siwan Muffassil P.S. Case No. 31 of 2015 and a counter F.I.R viz
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66191 of 2019(5) dt.21-02-2023 2/2 Siwan Muffassil P.S. Case No. 257 of 2010 and now they want to settle the dispute with consent of parties. Accordingly, the F.I.R viz Siwan Muffassil P.S. Case No. 31 of 2015 registered for the offence against the petitioner and the F.I.R viz Siwan Muffassil P.S. Case No. 257 of 2010 registered for the offence against the informant are hereby quashed.
